Sometimes, though, the problem needs to be fixed immediately. Or, perhaps you live in outside of our service area We have good news for you! We are currently in final testing for a new remote computer services feature called COX Remote Servicessm. With this new service, our technicians will be able to log into your computer remotely and fix many of the issues without ever having to enter your office. Pricing for this new service has not yet been announced, but is expected to be similarly priced to our current onsite service fee. Use of COX Remote Services requires you to agree to its terms and conditions. |
